Trademark Infringement Policy

Legal Action Against False Takedown Notices
We take trademark infringement very seriously and will take strong legal action against any false takedown notices. If you submit a trademark takedown notice without providing proof of legal trademark documents, we will immediately initiate legal action against you for damages incurred during the period the product page is down.

We work closely with our legal team and Shopify’s legal department to deplatform and sue individuals or entities that submit false trademark takedown notices and abuse the trademark takedown system.

Submitting a Trademark Takedown Notice
TeethVeneers.net supports the protection of intellectual property. It is our policy to expeditiously respond to clear notices of alleged trademark infringement. Our response to such notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.

To file a Trademark Infringement Takedown Notice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Use the designated form on our website to submit your trademark takedown notice. Any other methods of takedown apart from the form on our website will be met with strong legal action against the complainant, and the complainant will be sued even if the claim is valid.
  2. Provide detailed information about the trademark that you claim has been infringed, including the trademark registration number and the jurisdiction in which the trademark is registered.
  3. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location where such material may be found.
  4. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  5. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  7. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
